Snaps

Similar to the Cheese Cookies, but these bite back!

Ingredients

450 g processed cheese with chillies
110 g butter
110 g soya powder


Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.


2. Cut the cheese and butter into chunks. Put the cheese, butter and soya powder in the food processor and pulse until the dough is well combined.


3. Mist a baking tray with spray-on cooking oil. Drop spoonfuls of dough on to the tray and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are just getting brown around the edges.

Yield:- This will depend on how big you make your cookies. As with Cheese Cookies, small and get about 70, each with 1 gram of carbohydrate, a trace of fibre and 2 grams of protein.
