Lemon Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Prepare your cupcakes in a slightly different way by adding some new and refreshing taste. Try these cupcakes with lemon pudding, topped with a delightful cream cheese frosting and enjoy your flavorful dessert.


1 package cream cheese, softened
4 egg whites
1 cup water
Ľ cup butter, softened
3ľ cups icing sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 package white cake mix
1 package jell-o lemon pudding
2 tbsp lemon juice

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Beat the pudding mix, cake mix, water, egg whites and vegetable oil with electric mixer.

3. When smooth, transfer the butter into lined muffin cups.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

5. Check with a toothpick to see if they’re ready.

6. Let cool completely.

7. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, lemon juice and butter.

8. Slowly add the sugar, while mixing.

9. Spread the frosting onto cupcakes.
