Cherry Cheese Tarts

Graham cracker crust and rich and flavorful cherry topping are the main characters in this delightful recipe. A different version of cheesecake, that everybody will love.


2 eggs
2 packages cream cheese
1⅛ graham cracker crumbs
cup plus
2 tbsp white sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
cup butter
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract


Makes: 26


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Into your muffin tins, place cupcake liners.

3. Combine the graham crumbs with cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar.

4. Mix in the butter.

5. Divide the crust mixture between the cupcake liners.

6. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice and eggs.

7. Top the crusts with the cheese filling.

8. Bake for about half an hour.

9. Spoon the cherry filling while still hot and serve.
