16 vanilla wafer cookies
ĺ cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 packages cream cheese
Cherry topping


Makes: 16


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Prepare the muffin pans by lining it with cupcake papers.

3. Place the wafers in the cookie papers.

4. Cream the sugar and cream cheese in a bowl.

5. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs.

6. Make sure that the mixture is smooth.

7. Pour this mixture over the wafers.

8. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden.

9. Let cool.

10. Drizzle with cherry topping.
