Wake Up Sweetie

Wake up sweetie, or even ugli, depending on how you feel. Sweetie grapefruit and ugli fruit are very similar - a hybrid of grapefruit, they are sweeter and juicier, perfect to wake you up in the morning.

3 large ripe sweetie grapefruit or ugli fruit
150ml/5 fl oz sparkling water
1 tbsp flowery runny honey (optional)


Slices of lime or peeled kiwi fruit low fat yogurt


Serves: 2


Halve and squeeze the fruit into two glasses.

Add water and honey if liked.

Serve with a slice or two of lime or kiwi, floated on the surface and topped with a spoon of yogurt.
