Turkey-Peach Salad

Fresh berries make a pretty as well as tasty addition.


1 bunch fresh spinach
1 cup (170 g) cubed cooked turkey
1 celery stalk, sliced
2 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 cup (140 g) fresh raspberries or strawberries
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
2 tablespoons House Salad Dressing


Serves: 6


Thoroughly rinse spinach. Pat dry and tear into bite-size pieces. In a salad bowl, combine spinach, turkey, celery, peaches, berries and pecans. Toss gently with dressing. Or line 6 salad plates with spinach; arrange celery, turkey and peaches on top. Scatter berries on top and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with pecans.
