Crab And Shrimp Salad

Mango complements the fresh flavors of two seafood favorites.


Lettuce or spinach leaves
1 mango, peeled, pitted and sliced
cup (115 g) cooked small shrimp
cup (115 g) cooked crab
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
12 cherry tomatoes
2 limes or lemons


Serves: 4


Line 4 plates with lettuce or spinach leaves. Place one-fourth of mango slices on each plate. Combine shrimp and crab and mound on top of mango; top with celery and green onion. Place cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes on the side. Cut limes or lemons into wedges; place on plates. Let each person squeeze wedges over salad as desired.
