Rich Chocolate Wraps


cup (3 ounces) miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
teaspoon cinnamon
6 (6- to 8-inch) flour tortillas
Unsweetened cocoa powder


Makes: 6


Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave or in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Let cool slightly. Combine the sour cream, confectioners' sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Spread about 3 tablespoons of the mixture over 1 side of each tortilla. Roll tightly to enclose the filling. Chill, wrapped in plastic wrap, for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
