Spinach And Feta Bread


cup spinach, frozen chopped
2 teaspoons yeast
3 cups bread flour
⅓ cup wheat bran
1 tablespoons sugar
tablespoon salt
tablespoon nutmeg, ground
teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons oil
1 eggs
⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled
cup water


Defrost spinach overnight in refrigerator, but do not cook, squeeze out all of the liquid.  Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bread machine, in Order. Select “white bread” and push Start.
