Reuben Bread


2 teaspoons active yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
2 tablespoons gluten
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon dry mustard
⅛ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons thousand island dressing
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water
2 ounces deli sliced lean corn beef


All ingredients must be at room temperature except water at 110ºF. Add all ingredients to breadmaker in the order listed. Select White bread and start.
